Cleanup Requirements for Full Refund of Deposit |

When you arrive you will find the facilities in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. When you leave, we require that you leave it as you found it. Both indoors and outdoors will be inspected by a Lodge representative before a deposit can be refunded. |

Indoors 1. Arrange all tables and chairs to original formation. 2. Remove all garbage and trash, including from rest rooms. 3. Wipe down all tables, counter tops, stoves. Clean sink, etc. 4. Sweep and mop kitchen and bathrooms. 5. Vacuum dining area. 6. In other words, if you use it, clean it. 7. Clean-up is the responsibility of USER. All rubbish is to be removed completely from the premises by the USER. Failure to follow this policy will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. |

Outdoors Remove all garbage and trash from Lodge property. We do not have garbage pick-up. You MUST take it with you. DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE OR TRASH BAGS OUTSIDE THE GATE. They draw wild animals. All of the above requirements must be completed or it will be necessary for the Lodge to hire an outside firm. You would then forfeit your deposit. Please help keep your cost down by complying with the above requirements. If you do, your deposit will be refunded. Thank you! |
