The rental fee is $150.00. Deposit is $150.00. Deposit will be refunded unless there is damage to the facility or if cleanup is not performed. Cleanup includes removal of all trash from the premises. Rental fee and deposit must be paid a minimum of 15 days prior to the event unless other arrangements are made with the Lodge.. |

1. Do Not Affix Any Object to the Walls. 2. No Confetti of Any Kind Allowed on Premises. 3. This is a No-Smoking Facility. 4. You are Responsible for your Guests' Activities at All Times. 5. Point Out Anything Broken or Damaged to Staff Prior to Event to Relieve your Responsibility. Damage to the facility or grounds will result in Forfeiture of Deposit. 6. FOP May Refuse to Rent to Any Person or Group. 7. Clean-up is the responsibility of USER. All rubbish is to be removed completely from the premises by the USER. Failure to follow this policy will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. |
